It's time to sign up to hostess one of our Tapestry Teas!  Here's a full explanation of this exciting opportunity, so you can be prayerfully considering participation.

We have developed what we believe is an easy and pleasant system for you who desire to share Tapestry with homeschooling friends and neighbors in a small group setting, probably in your homes but possibly also in your local support groups. We are calling this system "Tapestry Teas."

Our idea is that you invite a few friends over to your home.  After breaking the ice and pouring the tea (or coffee), you'll turn on your TV and play a specially produced DVD that will explain the curriculum to your guests.  

When this is done, you'll show samples of the curriculum and books, and whatever you have in your home from the past year's work (or perhaps just the curriculum you've purchased for next year). You can use the FREE brochures we send to explain finer details, answer questions, etc. 

After a bit, you'll give the guests order forms and either collect orders there or send them home with the brochure to think/mull/talk to husbands.

What do you get for all this effort?  We're so GLAD you asked!

As a Tapestry Tea hostess, you'll receive a referral number in our new Share & $ave network.  (Share & Save referral numbers are given to approved Tea hostesses or existing customers, which we define as having ordered $300 worth of Lampstand Press products in the past.)

• When you hold your Tea, simply give this referral number to your guests.  Whenever they order--that week, that month, or in two years--and for as long as you are their Share & $ave affiliate, you will receive $15 in Lampstand Press gift certificates for every $100 they order.  
• This 15% referral benefit applies to all orders, whether for curriculum, supplementary products, or books, and works with other discounts, like First Time Buyer's Bundles or volume discounts on our Bookshelf.

• DVD featuring Scott and Marcia Somerville and veteran Tapestry parents and students explaining the program to your guests
• 32-page brochures (as many as you need, but we need a expected guest total from you)
• Product and program flyers that answer many of your guests' questions
• Order form/price lists (we will send as many as you need to give one to each guest)
• Post card invitations to mail to your guests (again, we need a number from you)
