Year 3 Redesigned Terms & Conditions
In making an order for Tapestry Year 3 Redesigned, you, the customer, assume a small amount of risk. We will do our best before God to realize your order well and on time, but we are not in control of all things and we fear God. Therefore, in making your Year 3 Redesigned or associated supplemental product order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:- You agree to hold harmless Lampstand Press, Ltd. if unforeseen injuries, catastrophes, or other acts of God (as defined by us) make it impossible to deliver your order on time. You agree that we are not to be responsible for any book-buying decisions you might have made on the strength of our promise to deliver certain curriculum materials to you.
- Should extraordinary and unforeseen conditions arise to make the production of
Tapestry Year 3 Redesigned impossible, you agree to your choice of one of the following remedies:
- Accept a refund of the value of undelivered goods only. In other words, if you have received a partial shipment of, say, one unit of four, you agree that your refund will only be for the remaining three units.
- You accept units of Classic Tapestry Year 3 volumes in place of the Tapestry Redesigned units you ordered.
- You agree that you will not expect or demand receipt of units before the release/expected ship dates posted on our website above. Your choices in ordering your school year shall not constitute grounds for refunding your order payment.

2008-2009 School Year 
Please note: Year 3 Redesigned products (The Year 3 Loom, Evaluations 3, Map Aids 3, and Nineteenth Century Literature: Selected Shorter Works Anthology) will be in development over the course of the 2008-2009 school year, and will be available as eProducts at our website. When completed, these will be released in their final CD format and automatically shipped to the purchasers. The online files will continue to be available until all purchasers have received their CD copies.
Summer '08
- Pop Quiz: Year 3 Unit 1 will be shipped the week of our supported start date.
- Our supported start date is August 18, 2008, for the '08-'09 school year.
Fall '08
- We prayerfully expect to release Year 3 Unit 2 Redesigned in September. The latest that we would be shipping to you is the week of October 6-10.
- We prayerfully expect to release Pop Quiz: Year 3 Unit 2 with its corresponding Tapestry unit.
- We prayerfully expect to make books for Year 3 Unit 3 available for purchase by early November.
December '08
- We prayerfully expect to ship Year 3 Unit 3 Redesigned by early December, 2008. The latest that we would be shipping to you is the week of December 8-12.
- We prayerfully expect to release Pop Quiz: Year 3 Unit 3 with its corresponding Tapestry unit. If we are unable to ship this Pop Quiz with Tapestry Year 3 Unit 3, we will ship it separately shortly thereafter.
January '09
- We prayerfully expect to make books for Year 3 Unit 4 available for purchase by early January.
February '09
- We prayerfully expect to ship Year 3 Unit 4 Redesigned by late February, 2009.
- We prayerfully expect to have Year 3 Unit 4 Tapestry DE available for purchase in download or CD format by late February, 2009.
- We prayerfully expect to release Pop Quiz: Year 3 Unit 4 with its corresponding Tapestry unit. If we are unable to ship this Pop Quiz with Tapestry Year 3 Unit 4, we will ship it separately shortly thereafter.
2009-2010 School Year

Please note that this calendar can only be estimated, and therefore these dates are subject to change without advance notice. We will, however, make every effort to meet the dates as set forward here, and our commitment is to honor your investment in our company with our very best work.
